Dr, Kaplan is a kind, considerate man who is a gentle, comforting soul. I always feel as though I am the most important person when I come into the office. Dr. Kaplan listens. He doesn't rush the visit or exam. When I have called him in the middle of the night for an emergency, he answered the phone and took action. I am very confident with his suggestions. I feel as though I am getting top-notch care.
