Dr. Joseph Genovese is the best

My wife and I were in our late 70's when we realized that our doctor, of over 30 years, was no longer available to us since he had sold his practice, even though he had stayed with the practice. We realized that we needed a concierge doctor who would make time for us. Dr. Genovese was recommended by a friend. After meeting with him we knew he was what we needed.

There is no one special moment because everything Dr. Genovese has done for us over the past 4 years seems special, but it is really normal for him:
1. Not remembering he was away on vacation, I called him just to get a renewal for a prescription. He answered while on a golf course in Florida, told me he was playing golf and would take care of it when finished, which he did. Another time I called him and he answered from Athens, Greece.
2. My daughter who lives in Connecticut was having trouble getting an appointment with her doctor in CT. I called Dr. Genovese, who immediately said he would see her on Long Island. No questions asked.

I could go on and on. Every time we call or see Dr. Genovese, my wife and I both say, "changing to him was the best medical decision we every made".
