Dr. John Bickle is Fantastic!!

Dr. John Bickle or his staff is always available. During office hours, if we call for an appointment, usually we can get in the same day if it is needed. If we have a question, we can call and either Dr. Bickle or his nurse, Michelle, will call back shortly with an answer. But last September on a Sunday morning, Dr. Bickle went above and beyond. My husband woke up with neck pain, head leaning to the side, couldn't really walk. I wasn't sure what to do so called Dr. Bickle who immediately answered his phone even though he was out of state at the time. I was going to get our son-in-law to help get my husband to the hospital, but Dr. Bickle said we needed to call 911 to get help immediately. Dr. Bickle called several times over the weekend to check on my husband to see how he was doing. He really gave us peace of mind. If we have any health issues, they always follow up with us. Appointments are never rushed. We couldn't ask for a better doctor and a more dedicated and helpful staff. There aren't many doctors on call 24/7, but Dr. Bickle has always been there for us.
