Dr. Janz is a high quality physician who certainly cares for his patients. Even before he joined MDVIP he showed those qualities. Now that he is part of MDVIP he spends considerably more time with me in analyzing my personal and working to keep my health at a high level. One thing I truly appreciate about Dr. Janz is when you have a 9am appointment with him, I am called in at 8:55am, vitals are taken, and am in one of his patient rooms before 9am. On or before 9am he enters the patient room where I am and starts his business with me. I had a doctor's appointment (eye doctor) last week, when I reported I was told there was an hour and a half wait. Very poor customer service. I walked out and said I will reschedule.
