Dr. Im goes above and beyond

I am not sure I have a unique story - I am just thrilled to have a Dr that actually takes the time to talk to me, explain testing that is done as well as lifestyle do's and don'ts. Drs I have gone to in the past never look me in the eye when speaking to me. Made me feel like I was just a number that they had to get thru in the day and never took the time to get to know me as a person. Medicine is more than textbook - you need to know your patient in order to better diagnose and serve them. Dr. IM takes the time to do that. I have never felt rushed during an appointment. My grandfather was a physician and he diagnosed things that other doctors could not figure out. He did that by looking at patients eyes, nail beds, skin color, etc. This is the kind of medicine Dr. Im practices.

Also the physicals I have received the past 2 years have been the most thorough that I have ever had. I feel very confident in my health due to this.
