Dr. Hockwalt is an extraordinary physician

I know this submission is coming after the deadline, but I think Dr. Hockwalt is an extraordinary physician and he has made a difference in my life every year I have been going to him. He has helped me resolve serious issues with my neck and shoulder that make it much easier to do really important things like drive a car. He also on a regular basis helps me put other minor things in perspective, so I can stop worrying about them and go on about my life. Thank you, Dr. Hockwalt!!
