Dr. Hilty is very dedicated to his patients. I can call his office or email him at any time to ask questions. Either Dr. Hilty or his staff will get back to me very quickly. They are always courteous. I feel very fortunate to be in his care. He does have periodic exercise sessions which are beneficial and fun! We also get to know some of his other patients on a personal basis Since I do take seven pills a day, Dr. Hilty keeps very close tabs on me. In fact, since I was getting a little confused, he has now put my husband in charge of pills which is just fine with me. Dr. Hilty always seems to have the answers. I don't think I could ever move from San Luis Obispo because I don't want to lose Dr. Hilty!
