Dr. Hilty, I started being your patient around 1989. I was a volunteer at Sierra Vista Hospital and I heard so many good things about you, so I asked if you could be my doctor. Thankfully you took me. You have been so great through the years. I've always felt comfortable with you. We had some good laughs. I never thought I would live to be 91, but your excellent care has been special.

I just want you to know that I appreciate you, and you are the best doctor I could have these many years.
