Dr. Hanlon is by far the best physician mom and I have ever experienced

My mom is 92 and quite blind. I phoned her just now and here are her exact words. "She always smiles and wants to help people, and certainly knows what she's doing. I remember one visit when my back was in pain. She put a patch on and it went away. Oh yeah, I am grateful for the way she was so clear and matter-of-fact when she explained all the legal decisions I had to make for that paper we posted on my bedroom door. Speaking now for myself, I believe Dr. Hanlon truly cares about each patient. Her patience and communication skills are exceptional, especially when she listens to us with that open and curious mind. She is clearly a wise and seasoned professional, with wide and deep knowledge, and skilled at referring mom and I to other medical professionals as needed. She explains her recommendations and has always been quick to call back when I need to chat, even from other time zones. She knows enough travel medicine for my needs and hired an incredible nurse. My siblings refer to them together as "the dream team".
