Dr H literally saved my life!

It was late April of 2020, my husband/father of my children had just unexpectedly passed away in January. I had been experiencing shortness of breath for a while. I woke up one morning, and declared it was the day I was going to call Dr Herrington's office. I spoke to Kelly and informed her that I had asthma (self diagnosed) and would she please refer me to an "asthma doctor". She asked a few questions then insisted that I come in that afternoon. So I did. When Dr Herrington came in the exam room - and this is one of my favorite things about him - he never had his back to me looking at a computer or a chart. He looked at me, in the eyes. And listened attentively while I explained my self diagnosed asthma symptoms. Next thing I know, they're conducting an EKG. Then they referred me to a cardiologist that same day. And as they say, the rest is history...after a full day of lots of tests/scans, I was in surgery. I had 99% blockage in my LAD artery. So, obliviously not asthma! Thankfully, he didn't just write me a prescription that day for an inhaler and send me on my way. I genuinely trust Dr Herrington with my life (as well as my children's lives). He most definitely has our best interest and truly cares. He is warm, kind, gentle, easy, professional, smart, loving, confident, patient, attentive, calm, compassionate, proactive, respectful, interested. And SO MUCH MORE! I can say the very same things about his staff. They say behind every good doctor is an even better nurse and office manager. Arlene and Kelly are essential to making that office and Dr Herrington the very best in the business!
