Dr. Gay Purcell and Nurse Julie McKiernan

I wish I had enrolled and become a patient of Dr. Purcell much sooner, I didn’t realize that I could have this level of medical care locally. My goodness, the Cleveland Clinic association is a high standard. Dr. Purcell had been more responsive than I thought possible. I have never had a doctor that responds with immediate result, even on a weekend while out of town with her son! I fully expected to hear back from Dr. Purcell the following Monday. And Julie McKiernan, who went beyond my expectations by using her contacts to aide my getting nightly oxygen in a timely manner. Also, she prevailed with insurance companies in what seemed a thankless battle, to get a needed inhaler so that I would have the medication for a cruise. I feel blessed that Dr. Purcell is my doctor and that she has such a brilliant staff: Julie, Kathleen, Sam, and Jamie, all of whom support her good work!
