Dr. Friedland’s attentiveness to his patients

Dr. Friedland is very concerned about his patients. He takes all the time you need for your appointments and listens to their concerns. He often reviews your file the evening before your appointment and always calls you back if you call in with a problem. Within the past year, l had a problem while on vacation 5 states away. I called him for advice and he immediately called me back and followed up afterward.
