DR. FREY ALWAYS AVAILABLE

I was a patient of Dr. Frey before he joined MDVIP and I thought I would be satisfied with another doctor. but I tried 2 others and just was not pleased with the attention I received from them. That is when I made the decision to go back to Dr. Frey and I have been thoroughly pleased. Any time I have a need I am able to talk to him directly, even it's after hours. I try not to abuse the priviledge but if I feel like it is necessary, I will call him on his personal phone and he always talks to me and answers my need. He is very personable like I am the only patient he has and I GREATLY appreciate him for being so personable. He is also very kind to my children if they need to talk to him about my needs. I truly feel he is very concerned about my needs and will always be available when I need him, if at all possible. His staff is always very nice also.
