Joan and I have been patients of Dr Debbie Fibel many years. We met Dr. Fibel when we moved to Lexington, Kentucky in 1997. We have relied on her health and medicine guidance since then. We have remained in her care even after we moved to Cincinnati in 2015. Dr. Fibel combines obvious skill in her profession with a genuine and caring manner.
It's pretty simple: when you are suffering illness, worrying or anxious you need to be able to reach out for help with confidence. Dr. Fibel has never failed. That has always been the case and the MDVIP program has been a big plus!
