Dr. David Nierenberg MD

I truly have the best doctor in the world. He takes the incredible care of me and my husband. I am almost 68 and I began seeing him when my parents were both diagnosed with cancer when I was in my mid 30's. I ended up losing both my parents, one to rectal cancer and the other to sarcoma. Dr. Nierenberg said I needed to have a colonoscopy every 5 years to make sure I was clear of getting the rectal cancer. I have done this and so far so good, I had a full hysterectomy, and he came to the hospital to check on me as well as when I have had hand surgery. I know I can count on him to guide me to the golden years and there is nothing like that. When my husband retired, I lost my insurance at 53 years old, so I had to go to Indian Health Care until I turned 65 at which time I got on Medicare and a supplemental. I was so happy to be able to join the MDVIP at that time and see Dr. Nierenberg again. Life is good and healthy in the Patterson family, and it is because of Dr. Nierenberg!
