Dr. Daniel Lazowick

Can’t say enough about the quality of care I have received from Dr. Lazowick. I have no doubt that he has saved my life twice with quick and accurate diagnosis and subsequent treatment plans. He is always readily accessible and in fact checked in on me while he was on vacation. I have full confidence in his abilities and am grateful that he is my primary physician.
