During every appointment, Mom is a challenging patient with 40 stories and 400 questions for Dr. Cruz! He is an outstanding doctor, with excellent diagnostic skills, people skills and the patience of Job! He takes gives his time generously, answers every question and listens to each irrelevant story with interest. While his medical expertise is exemplary, his skills in making each patient feel valued and important are unique and outstanding in today's medical field! She receives great care, and I have confidence that his concern for her always reflects a genuine understanding of his patient and is medically excellent! We are grateful and appreciative of his time, dedication and care for our aging mother! It would be remiss of me not to mention that his entire office staff is a reflection of his values and dedication to helping others!
