Dr Craig Serin

I have lived in Westport now for a bit over a year after living in Manhattan for 40 years. I am delighted to be asked to celebrate MDVIP and its team. I had a cadre of doctors at NY hospital and those affiliated there and Mt Sinai. I also leant on other private doctors in various specialties. On moving up here I found it very challenging to replace my NY Dr network. This was further complicated by needing to spend 5 days in Norwalk Hospital in August 2023. One of my clued in friends told me of the trend to have Dr groups as "concierge" doctors. I investigated this and happily my dr neighbor was able to steer me to his own doctor, Dr Craig Serin. This was a truly inspired referral for me. Dr Serin is completely " patient centric". He is also very attentive and nothing is too much trouble although I have been a difficult patient with various current needs and continuing ones previously attended to in NY. Concerned about a side affect of one pill he researched the issues and consulted with a VIP colleague and adjusted treatment I am very happy with the VIP annual fee, and note that Dr Serin was able to save me money by taking over the role of one NY Dr, whilst still providing me with everything he deems appropriate Calls are returned immediately and texts and emails are used extensively for the smooth running of a a very good medical offering. It is hard not to notice the care and concern given to the patient, as in my case. I have terrific leadership of my "medical team", which quite frankly could well make an important difference to me as I get older and in need of more support. On a pure medical basis I am not qualified to judge independently on some of the activity and care being delivered. I am able to comment on outcomes however, and I find these in my case to be more than satisfactory. The moment that made a difference to me was immediately on meeting Dr Serin - I had found the quarter back role he plays to co-ordinate all my health care vital to my wellbeing. I appreciate Dr Serin very much.
