Dr. Cognetti Really Listens and is Very Kind

This is not about one incident but happens at each appointment or over the phone with Dr. Cognetti. Melissa (as she refers to herself at times when she leaves a message ) is a very kind, very knowledgeable, and a very secure woman. She takes the time to really listen and hears my concerns and helps me to see perhaps broader health issues. Which I will listen to because she hears me. I respect her strong knowledge of medical interventions and also her recommendations to specialists and tests when necessary. I know she has my best interest at heart because she thinks about my medical wellbeing as well as my psychological health. She realizes that these are intertwined and treats me with respect and real care. There are many instances of caring and goodwill with Dr. Cognetti. She remembers health issues and works with me until we resolve them. I’m am certain Melissa Cognetti is like this with all her patients. We are fortunate to have her as our primary care physician as I definitely am. I am grateful that years ago my husband found the excellent Dr. Frederic Becker and through his office I was introduced to Dr. Cognetti.
