Dr. Claves "Saved Me" Twice

When I first moved to Philadelphia in the early 2000s, Dr Jennifer Claves was willing to take a new patient and that proved to be save number 1! Dr. Claves has always been a caring and empathic physician, and I knew from my first appointment that I found the best doctor for me. I still believe that 23 years later. Dr. Claves saw me through all the testing when I started having significant issues that appeared to be gall bladder related, but not gall stones. She referred me to a Gastroenterologist where it was found that my gall bladder was not working. Following the surgery, I still could not eat without getting sick and the Gastroenterologist was not getting back to me and the surgeon was no help as his job was done. I reached out to Dr. Claves and she immediately knew the issue, prescribed cholestyramine and that was save number 2! Congratulations Dr. Claves. You deserve this honor. I have followed Dr. Claves and will continue to do so. She has always been surrounded with a team that is as professional and caring as she is both in the exam rooms and in the office.
