Dr. Chris Russell is the best

There are so many good things about Dr. Russell it is difficult to single out one incident. He is the kindest, most caring, most patient oriented doctor I have ever met and over the years I have been involved with many doctors, general and specialists. He has been my primary care physician for 25+ years and was my husband’s also, through his battle with multiple myeloma until his death. The one incident that stands out to me concerns my husband. He had hip replacement surgery and developed a severe case of hiccups to the point of being very painful. His orthopedic surgeon called Dr. Russell to take care of him because in his own words, “I don’t know anything but bones.” Dr. Russell researched and tried every remedy until he finally found a cure for them. It took several days and when we left the hospital, still with the hiccups, Dr. Russell gave both me and my daughter his personal cell phone number in case we needed him. In my opinion doctors do not get any better than Dr. Russell.
