Dr Bienenfeld really cares

Back in 2021 year end, during holiday season, I felt very sick, but due to Covid, I did not want to go to ER. Then I had to do a routine blood work, during that time. Afterward tge test, I got a call from the office, I was told I need to go to the hospital immediately. Because the Covid cases were high at tge time, the hospital and ER were full, in order to avoid me going to ER, Dr B worked very hard for me to bypass the ER and check in at the hospital directly. During the time, Karen and the office worked very hard and keep me informed and instructed me how to prepare myself in case I have to go to ER. Finally I was told to go to hospital directly thus reduced my chance of expose to covid patients. I was so grateful and touched. Dr Bienenfeld and his staff are the best caring provider I have ever had. I really appreciate the care I get.
