Doctor Zamani listened to my issues regarding treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

I have had Rheumatoid Arthritis since age 24 and have always been very involved in the treatments along a very long road including many different injections in the 1970s - use of cancer drugs - 1in 990s being in trials for Methotrexate { later used successfully for 11 years - so I am aware of what is used and what side affects may be. In 2022 WAS DIAGNOSED WITH SMALL CELL BREAST CANCER and chose to use targeted radiation as treatment. This decision caused me to have to stop infusions for my arthritis for several months. Once cancer treatment was done & I was cleared I needed to get back on my infusions to control pain and further bone disintegration. THIS IS WHERE DOCTOR ZAMSANI became my champion in a very serious way ! My rheumatoleoist did NOT want to allow me to use the infusion I had been using ( with great success ) for 20 years! He had concern that that infusion caused my cancer. My original cancer doctor had retired & I neeeded an oncologist opinion to support my choice to resume my Remicaade. Doctor Zamani Got me an appointment with a great oncologsit who provided her findings and reinforced my reason foe wanting my infusion choice. I now see Doctor Fernandes for cancer follow-u AND have done very well on Remicade. DOCTOR ZAMANI ALWAYS listens to my needs & opinions so we make decisions TOGETHER !
