A Doctor Who Is Always Available

When my wife April was in the hospital during COVID, my three adult children communicated with Dr. Im. April was treated by hospital personnel for low sodium, and Dr. Im kept in contact with the hospital and my three kids. The whole process went smoothly for me as I knew they would ask the right questions and pass the information on to me. Then it was my turn at hospital confinement where I had 5 bypass heart surgery. Again the doctor did so much to communicate with all four, including my wife. He keeps track of both of our medicines. Office visits are always pleasurable. He built a great staff, and they all make you welcome. I really like this doctor. He explains lab results very thoroughly. Dr. Im is a great conversationalist, and i enjoy talking to him. He is great!
