Doctor Dina Burke

I began to see Dr. Burke about 11 years ago on a recommendation from a neighbor. She really impressed me with her demeaner and professionalism. She is very exacting with her testing and evaluation of issues. One aspect of her practice is that she is excellent in her communication with patients, both listening with patient concerns and communicating her evaluation of test results and understanding patient concerns. Another aspect for me is that I am diabetic, and she deals with a husband who is also diabetic, so she has a very good understanding of the issues associated with diabetes.
Dr. Burke seems to be emotionally involved with her patients. I remember at one appointment I had, a patient of hers was killed in a car wreck on the way to an appointment with her and she was emotionally upset. Also, personally, she and her husband Mike visited me when I was in the hospital. I was emotionally grateful and surprised that they took time out of there busy lives to check on me.
She and her staff have been so helpful to me, and I do appreciate that.
