A doctor from the 18 hundreds with 21st medical knowledge

Back in the days your family doctor treated you like family, they visited you when you were sick, they sat by your bedside when you were ill, they listen to your life's stories and they were there when you needed them.
In this day and time to find a doctor that can deliver all the above plus have all the up to date training, knowledge and pharmacology understanding is rare. I am talking about a doctor that truly cares about not just your health but your quality of life. A doctor that doesn't make you wait in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes, a doctor that goes into depth on your tests and makes sure you understand them, a doctor that inquires about your day to day activities as it pertains to your health, a doctors that listens to your questions and encourages questions, a doctor during your visit makes you feel she is there for you as long as you need her. I am not sure who will be reading this however i am sure you will either be jealous or think I am blowing smoke but I assure you this is a real doctor that remarkably fits every category as I have described. In any case if you are jealous or non believer I am the fortunate one to have Maria Blahey MD as my personal physician for over 25 yrs. I am a 72 yo male who has had open heart surgery, bilateral knee replacement, and work a 200 acre ranch. I enjoy hunting, fishing, RV camping, working cows and playing with grandkids and every year make my annual trip to Colorado elk hunting, last but not least my Doctor visits.
