Discovered cancer due to thorough physical

I have been a patient of Dr. Hochwalt for 30 years. He has taken great care of me through some difficult medical problems.

As part of my annual physical in 2017 Dr. Hochwalt thoroughly felt around my neck to determine if there was anything suspicious. In fact he discovered a lump too deep for me to ever notice. It was ultimately determined to be cancerous and five weeks later I had cancerous lympf nodes and a cancerous thyroid removed.

There is no doubt in my mind that if he didn't save my life that day he certainly extended it beyond what it would have been. I will be forever grateful.
