My doctor takes the time to listen to me. We are able to discuss a variety of topics which can be medical or non-medical. She has helped me through a very tough time right after my husband died in 2022.
Dr. Rheinfelder is very thorough during examinations. After test results are back she & I discuss in great detail what the tests reveal. I think we went over the results during at least a half hour or more. Dr. R. wanted to make sure I understood the test outcomes.
In addition to Dr. Rheinfelder, her staff is professional, engaging and extremely willing to explain what procedures are being done. They also explain insurance coverage & what I sometimes find confusing.
