Dear Dr. Lou, We feel blessed to have you in our lives. As a wonderful and so capable physician but as a caring friend. You are always available to us and you have no idea when you are dealing with a very serious illness how comforting it is to know that! Also when we want to share your opinions with our daughter you are always open to that and never make us feel that you are threatened. You are the best.
