The Day I got Covid ...

It was a couple of days before Christmas, I got up to go to work. I felt fine and was excited about my Christmas weekend, because I had 4 days off from work! As I was getting ready for work, my stomach didn't feel quite right and I had diarrhea. When I arrived at work, I had diarrhea again. Since the Holiday was coming up, I texted Dr. Scheperle and I was shocked that he called back in just a few minutes. He told me that I could have Covid and I should get a test. After all, I was going to be spending the next several days with my family and we decided I should get tested to be sure I was ok. I found a place to get tested and came up positive. I was able to stay away from my elderly parents and isolate myself so that no one else in my family got sick. I recovered over the next week and Dr. Scheperle called several times, and texted several times to check up on me. I felt cared for and I knew he was my partner in getting through this illness and returning to wellness!
