Continuity of Care

Dr. Martin Van Cleeff has been our faithful physician since 1994. Not too many people can say that they have the same family doctor for 30 years!!! He has been especially an asset in helping us care for my husbands mother who is 103! The fact that he can go to see her and we don't have to hire help for her to be seen(like an ambulance or wheelchair van) has made such an impact on her quality of life and our quality of life. He and his staff and family came to sing Christmas Carols to her for the past few years. In today's world that kind of care and connection is unheard of. We count him to be a true gift from God to our family!
