Comport & Guidance Under Rare Medical Challenges

I have developed an uncommon idiopathic uticaria condition which makes it extremely difficult to take common medications without adverse and allergic symptoms. While it is not life threatening, it is challenging to my everyday life. The patience and kindness of both Dr Byrd and her patient coordinator Natalie have given me much comfort in dealing with this chronic condition. I never feel as though I am bothering them in any way. They are comforting and more than patient in working as a team to resolve my unfortunate challenges. They are never short with me or frustrated, and it means so much to have their support. I don't know what I would do without Dr Bryd's patience and medical guidance. I'm so appreciative of the ability to reach her at any time and work through my health challenges without feeling as though I am a bother. Thank you for your kindness, support, and expertise.
