Complete trust and friendship

Dr. Maldia has been my physician for around 15 years, and I am now 71 years old. Not long after my initial visits, he had earned my trust and respect. One day on a visit, we were talking about everyday matters which is so easy to do with Dr. Maldia. I told him that he could count on me to follow his directions and recommendations because I knew he was ensuring a continued healthy life for me. I know that he cares about my wellbeing. He communicates with me so well in a way that I understand. Personally, he is such an important part of my life, and I consider Dr. Maldia to be a good friend. He is also a great leader as proven by his excellent staff. The entire group is so efficient. If in need, I know I can count on Dr. Maldia.

One specific experience speaks volumes of his dedication and caring. It was a holiday and offices everywhere were closed. I am one that attempts to work through a sickness unless it is absolutely necessary to contact Dr. Maldia's office, especially on a holiday. He had previously provided me with his home number in case of dire need. I contacted him and explained what was happening, and he said to meet him at his office immediately. I'm sure he sacrificed on a personal level, but he was very kind to see me. He suspected COVID 19, and ran a test on me that came back positive. Before leaving, he told me exactly what to do and let me know he was available at any time. I followed directions and recovered without further difficulties. Dr. Maldia went beyond the call of duty to help me. I will never forget it.

My son was so impressed by the attention and knowledge of my Doctor that he became a patient of Dr. Maldia as well.
