Compassionate and Caring Doctor

Dr. Franklin is a very compassionate and caring doctor when it comes to his patients. He gives his patients 100% of himself
when you re in his office , doing a virtual visit or on the phone talking with him . You asked for a specific event that I am grateful
for that I have him as my Primary Physician, There are to many to go into but 2 come foremost in my mind.
The first one occurred just shortly after I lost my husband and I was having difficulty breathing. When I called him he told me
to go to the ER. I at first was to afraid to go but he calmly talked me into going. Where I found out I had CHF and he may have
saved my life. The second time was when I was having a melt down after loosing my husband as it was around the holidays
And was always such a special time for us. Again Dr. Franklin talked to me for a very long time and got me through this rough time
with 3 words " Faith, Strength & Family." There has been a couple more of these meltdowns but in remembering those 3 words I have
been able to handle them for which I will always be grateful to him.
The last thing is that at the end of an office visit , virtual visit or phone call he Alwasy ends with
"I'll be here for you" And I can say that he is just that kind of dedicated doctor.
