Communication and Caring

All I can say is that I am lucky and grateful to be able to see Dr. Franden. She was my mom's internist and she remains mine today. I can't count how many times -and how quickly-she responded to my concerns when Mom spiked a fever, when I knew something wasn't right with my elderly mother. She cares for me in the same way: very responsive. Dr. Franden is easy to talk to. She listens. She's not in a hurry. She doesn't have her head buried in a computer while you are telling her personal and private things. She looks you in the eye. I can't say enough good things about her communication and listening skills. She has made my life so much better. I feel supported and cared for by Dr. Franden, a feeling that seems to be rare in the health care industry today. That's why I say that I am beyond lucky to have access to such a fine doctor. She is awesome!
