A caring doctor

I am a 10 year survivor of a cryptogenic ischemic stroke. My neurologist told me my survival and recovery were gifts from God and to ensure I find someone to manage my care throughly. My wife and I chose Dr. William Grabenstein.

Recently I suffered an incident at work. My wife was out of town but immediately placed a call to Dr. Grabensteins personal cell phone for assistance. Dr. Grabenstein was out of town, on vacation, with his family. He took my wife's call, instructed her what to do, and was able to calm her down with his kindness and expertise.

He immediately took care of situation and has helped my wife and I while we are navigating our adjustment to my career ending incident. His assistance with filing for social security disability, dealing with long term disability claims, and filing for medical retirement has been a blessing to us. His thoroughness in dealing with my medical needs has provided calmness to my wife and I. Dr. Grabenstein has even taken the time to look after my wife's well being during this time of need. Anytime something arises Dr. Grabenstein and his staff ensure we are seen and treated.

I cannot express in words what Dr. Grabenstein has done for us and how much we appreciate him and his staff. It is rare in this day and age to find such a caring professional who takes the time to not only get to know you, but to take an active part of your overall health and safety.
