The Caring Doctor

Not long after joining MDVIP I had an accident while making a delivery to a healthcare facility. I fell out of the back of a delivery truck and hit my head on the loading dock. I received a large cut on the back of my head, rendering me unconscious. I was then taken to an emergency area in the facility where I was evaluated and found to have a concussion, broken tail bone, and a number of broken ribs. My wife was notified and she notified Dr. Ferrara. This is when he took over and had me transferred to a hospital in the area. He arranged all of the follow-up evaluation and treatment, making sure that I received exactly what I needed for a successful recovery. During my time in the hospital, Dr. Ferrara made multiple visits and kept my wife and family updated as to what was going on with my treatment. His office also made arrangements for follow-up visits to other healthcare facilities, allowing my wife and family to be assured that I would be well taken care of. In this day and time it is very unusual for a Doctor and his staff to take the time and effort to not only make sure that the emergency will be handled but the follow-up care will be addressed as well. We are very lucky to have Dr. Ferrera and his staff as our care givers. MDVIP is well worth being a part of, and I let everyone that I know, that are looking for, quality caring healthcare service, where it can be found. By being a member of MDVIP and having Dr. Ferrara and his staff as our care giver, I am completely confident that all of our healthcare needs will be handled promptly and professionally. Our calls are always answered promptly and we are able to see or talk to Dr. Ferrara the same day. This is what true healthcare service is all about.
