Caring, concerned, capable

I am grateful for Dr. Degnan's approach to care. She is thorough, caring, and direct. I recently complained of symptoms that were pretty generic (tiredness, fogginess, etc.). She looked at my record and noted that I had not had blood work for a while, so we started there. Each lab test led to another, and she helped me understand the situation by speaking in understandable language and laying out in a chart our next steps and possible diagnoses. The information was scary and a bit overwhelming, but I felt comfortable asking questions, even if that meant sending an email or a text. I am going to be okay thanks to Dr. Degnan's careful assessment and investigation. I have confident in her and I trust her with my health and well-being.
