Dr. Ortega and staff are all those things and more.... They are a constant source of reassurance, in the most difficult times and they strive to provide a healing enviroment and attitude. Appointments are made on a timely basis and waiting to see Dr. Ortega is minimal. Staff are friendly, very professional, and exhibit a wonderful sense of humor. Dr. Ortega is available at the most "inconvenient" times and always responds with an action that is focused on alleviating the medical problem. I truly believe that Dr. Ortega and staff epotomize the intent and spirit of the MDVIP program. I am very fortunate to be the recipient of this care and I am very pleased with the MDVIP program.
