Dr. Im has been a constant present in our lives the last 12 months or so of my mother's life. It was reassuring for me to know if I called or texted that I would get an answer back in relatively short time. It was not unusual for him to check in on her at home or the hospital. I appreciated his guidance and support through this long hard journey. His attitude with an older patient was a comfort to my family. He knew how to handle a strong willed person. It would be hard to find a more compassionate and considerate doctor. Our family is lucky to have him as our doctor,
