Care and Compassion

My wife and I are both patients of Dr. Holmes. Both of us have some health issues which require us to see Dr. Holmes on a regular basis. Recently my wife fell and injured her right hip. I called Dr. Holmes at home early in the morning. I explained what happened and said we were heading for the emergency room. Dr. Holmes agreed and called ahead to let the attending medical people know we were on our way. My wife received immediate attention from the emergency room staff. The diagnosis was she had a fractured right pelvis in two places. The good news was surgery was not required. The bad news is that the healing process can take 9 - 12 weeks, we were told. My wife spent a couple of weeks in that hospital before being transferred to a rehabilitation hospital where she is now. Dr. Holmes has been very instrumental in following up on my wife’s condition which includes the other health issues she is experiencing. We are extremely grateful for the care and compassion Dr. Holmes has given us, not only with this issue but the other issues we have well. For these reasons we rate Dr. Holmes a 5 star which also carries over to include MDVIP.
