Calling from camp.

Several years ago, I had a surgery and was recovering at home. I don't even remember what the issue was, but I called Dr. Borchers with a question. Back then there was no online "portal" and it was after office ours. He called within 15 minutes, and was, as usual, very helpful and supportive. He sounded a long way away so I asked where he was. "My family and I are camping in the Rockies." Beyond the call of duty.
