Me and my husband’s doctor is always available to talk about any health issues. He calls quickly to let us know results of any tests so we do not have to wait any longer than necessary. When my husband was diagnosed with cancer, he was connected and checked on us frequently. When my husband had to have emergency gall bladder surgery, he showed up at the hospital and was able to talk to the surgeon and pass along the information to me with assistance on what to expect as he recovers. I always felt that if I needed to discuss any condition with him, that I could. He also has a way of giving recommendations on helpful healthy actions to take, such as encouraging vaccines or weight loss, without you feeling “bad”. Overall Dr Chesnut is a caring and professional physician and we are fortunate to have him as our health care provider.
