The Best Medical Group Ever!

Prior to meeting Dr B and his staff, I had struggled with my diabetes and other health issues, I was constantly confused and frustrated, suffered with side effects from medications. There was always complication associated with refills, authorizations, etc. I could never get the office on the phone, get an appointment in a reasonable time, and forget speaking with my Doctor on the phone. I had the general feeling that no one in the medical profession really cared for me as a person, let along a patient. I felt my thoughts on my healthcare were discounted, my requests were often ignored and many time I was treated rudely.
But Not With Dr B & his Staff. Doctor Bottenberg listen, explains and is welling to try different approaches until we find what works for me and my lifestyle. I still have trouble with prescriptions, side effects and frustrations with the medical system, but unlike other medical offices, everyone is helpful, kind and efficient! Never making me feel like a problem or pest, even when I call numerous times a day. I feel like my problems are their problems. My family is pleased with the care I am getting. And I would do whatever it takes to stay as their client. I only wish other members of my family could join his practice.
