The best GP in Massachusetts

Mario Zacharatos is my MDVIP Primary Care Physician. He has a holistic view of me as a patient and as a person (husband, father, grandfather) he is always accessible and responsive. His knowledge of state of the art medical practices and developments is on a par with his insight into me and my complex and difficult medical history and needs ( I am a stage 4 lung cancer survivor, 13 years ago). Although, typical of concierge physicians, he is not aligned with the local hospital, I woke up at 6:30 AM one morning during an extended hospitalization, to find Dr. Zacharatos standing quietly at the foot of my bed, patiently waiting my awakening.. can’t express how much that presence and support meant to me. The hospitalists weren’t always grateful for Dr. Zacharatos’ input,
but I was, he knew me and my history and had real value to add. A great doctor and a better person.
