I have been a patient of Dr. Akhtar for many years and I love the relationship he has built with me as a patient. You can tell he cares about his patients and unlike some doctors you know he is invested in your health. It takes time with you during appointments and makes sure you understand everything that is happening during your appointment. He follows up and makes sure all results are easy to understand. Dr. Akhtar also makes sure that he takes all the steps needed to get to the bottom of any symptoms you're having and he takes what you say seriously and doesn't dismiss any of your feelings about your health.
