Available when I most need help!

I'm just starting my second year with MDVIP. I've had more health issues the last seven months than I've ever had before. I can't begin to tell you how much I have appreciated being able to contact Dr. Laura Aisenberg's when I most need her advice/recommendations. I've dealt with unexpected Urinary retention, a compression fracture at the L-1 level of my spine, etc.

I have called her cell number at 6:30 on a Sunday morning, at 9:30 on a Friday night (while she was at a party) and a third time when she was reading to her nine year old daughter the night before the first day of the new school year. Each time she answered my call or called me back as soon as she could free herself to listen to my concerns. On the 6:30 Sunday morning call she recommended that we go to a satellite ER rather than a major hospital ER because I would be seen and helped quicker. We took her advice and we were seen and treated almost immediately. Later, when I was moved to a main hospital, I waited in the ER for 36 hours before I was moved into a room so I could have surgery.
