Availability and support

My doctor has been so available to me, and to my husband, on a few occasions including after hours and weekends. Though I am reluctant to do so, I have had to call during those times and I'm never made to feel like I'm bothering him. He listens and thoughtfully gives advice as to what I need to do. Recently while traveling out of state, I had a deep pain in my leg, and considered going to the ER, thinking it was a blood clot. I called him after hours (while he was obviously at an event with lots of activity,) but he took the time to listen, reassure me and help me determine it was probably not a blood clot, thus saving an ER visit. That kind of physician care is not the norm outside of the MDVIP community. Thank you Dr. Scarbrough.
