Authentically Available

I went through years of Drs trying to find someone who understood what was going on with my health. I'm autoimmune IGAdef & no one had found it till I started going to Dr. Liu. I grew up in the day when the family Dr. was much different, more personal. I don't like to look for Drs. since it can be tricky to find the right one. All the best care I've received has come from friends or family recommendations. That is how I found her & what struck me was what the recommending person said.... "Dr. Liu truly cares & most importantly, she listens." I had tried a couple of Drs before Dr Liu. One didn't listen, another did & was amazing but he was retiring. It's been so long that I don't remember when our relationship as Dr/patient began. All I know is Dr. Nancy Liu has been everything & more as a healthcare provider. She listens, does homework to understand & follows up with me even when I forget. She makes herself available if I need medications or medical advice. I've learned I can trust her word & care-giving opinions. My relationship with Liu & honestly everyone she has ever worked with has made it a joy to make an office visit, even on my worst day. I appreciate the team effort, welcoming staff, sincerity, support & relationships I have with my health care providers. I look forward to going in to see them, even though I can get performance anxiety with Drs. Thank you Dr. Liu
