The Art of Differential Diagnosis

Humming and buzzing in the left ear: Dr. Cerva knows how to evaluate all the possible reasons for my latest ailment. She asked me several dozen questions so we could rule out different causes. We started with excess earwax, moved to sinus congestion, and then identified a third culprit: side effects of a sleeping pill.
